Smashing phones is an excellent solution to some problems, but any disagreement that might come up between you and your friends / family is beyond our responsibility. We receive the phone, fix it, and send it back. We do not worry about legitimate owner's permission.

In some cases you have a choice of preferred technician to complete the job. But don't assume they are always available.

Shipping and other costs should be discussed prior to sending us your phones for service.
