How do I cancel my membership?

There are two ways to cancel - If you signed up with CCBill you can easily go to their pages (www.ccbil.com) and cancel your membership immediately. If you're having any problems, just email me with your username and password and the user name you used to sign up and I will cancel it from here and send you an email confirming it has been done.

Can I share my password with my friends?

Membership is individual and non-transferable. We will change passwords if we encounter any suspicious behavior, or cancel your account.

My username or password is rejected - what do I do now?

If this happens (and it is very rare) then drop me a mail here with your username, password and the email address you signed up with. In most cases this is caused by you canceling your old credit card and getting a new one and forgetting to rejoin the site. Occasionally it can be caused by members picking too obvious usernames and passwords (like username and password) and someone guessing it and then traded it. The other possibility (and the least likely) is that a hacker has used their many methods and have latched on to your username and password, and then shared it with the world. Our software would block it as a result. In any case, email me here and I will look into it ASAP! I can reactivate the account immediately if you send me a mail here with your username, password, and the email address you signed up with.

What format are your movies in?

Most of our movies are in MPEG format to ensure compatibility with all operating systems. You don't need to download crazy movie players with never ending offers for upgrades and paying services. MPEG format also let you watch the movie files as you're downloading them and you'll be able to play them anytime you want from your computer drive. Occasionally some movie files will be available in Windows Media format.

How do I play a movie?

There are two options. You can click on the movie and it will open in a new window or you can right click on the movie and select "Save Target As" to download the movie to your hard disk.

I still cannot get the movies to play - what should I do now?

Mail me and I will try and help you as best I can.

I don't have a credit card, can I still join ?

Yes. Mail me here with your specific requests and I'll tell you what you can do. We also accept Paypal and cash.

Is there pornography on this site?

No. There is no obscene language, no nudity, no suggestive images, no erotic content, and no sexual acts. We are not adult content producers or distributors.
